She developed Winning with People, which was a popular course of training that has been utilized in both the inside and outside of the companies she worked for.

Her professional career has brought her numerous prizes, including luxurious vacations and national recognition. But what really set her apart in her ability to impart knowledge to others. She taught sales reps not just on specific technical elements of diagnostics but also how to develop relationships as well as manage territories, and present themselves with professionalism.

Beyond her professional life, Sharon is a survivor of a tough childhood that she shares with courage through The Tough Childhood: From Peace to Success. The vulnerability she displays has enabled her to reach out to readers with similar wounds and provide them with a message of hope.
